Home Staging can involve working with your existing furniture and/or require rental furniture to be brought into the space.
Home Staging Process:
- Free initial phone call to discuss requirements, expectations and estimate
- After initial visit of home, a punch list will be produced which will list all areas of needed repair, change, and/or update along with priority
- Cleaning will be on checklist, but not part of Home Staging services
- In certain situations, purchase recommendations will be made for things such as:
- Towels
- Plants
- Other small décor products
